To work through the module, click on the black circled arrows just below and to the right.
When you're through this, go on to learn about losses, requirements and gains by hitting the second tab above.

Do what it says - click on the tabs below, in turn. 
When you're through, go on to "What fluids", the third tab just above here.

Click on the blue circled arrows just down to the right; then on the Go button below that to show the effects of each fluid. Click on the blue arrows to work through all the options.
When you've finished this one, you're ready for the first case ... unless you want to go back and check something on the tabs above.  That's not such a bad idea, it's likely you'll be tested on it.
